So goes the campaign theme of our new Nature Restoration Programme which soft launched at the back end of January and we are thrilled to see it being so well received.
So, what is it all about?
Over the last 15 months we have been building up a portfolio of high integrity UK based nature restoration projects, run by some truly brilliant people and organisations. The bottom line is we, the UK, have degraded our own biodiversity to such an extent over the last 50 years that is safe to say nature is in intensive care if not absolute crisis. The good news is that it is fixable.
The EBN is hell bent on enabling “ordinary” SME and mid-market businesses to gain access to this growing commercial space. Whether your business is looking for the balance sheet stuff like biodiversity and carbon credits or simply that you need to show your stakeholders that you are taking sustainability seriously, then talk to us about the EBN Nature Restoration Programme.
We are democratising access to this inspirational sector. One of the challenges the whole sustainability space faces is that people can’t see carbon, so it remains an invisible concept and one that is open to attack from certain hostile actors. But you can see nature in all its glory and majesty. What’s more you can access it right here on your doorstep – afforestation in the Amazon basin is crucial but nature doesn’t acknowledge national or geographical boundaries and your investments with our partners will be used more locally.
The EBN Nature Restoration Programme is a sponsor based one. We will be offering a number of sponsorship opportunities in return for rights like great marketing content, brand association, stakeholder engagement, seeing-is-believing trips, nature volunteering and even a new (and arguably more age appropriate) form of corporate hospitality.
This will be an exciting journey and one that will add depth to your sustainability credentials.
