Leverets is a combined practice of Barristers and Solicitors based in Sevenoaks and Canterbury, whose extensive experience and blended service create a powerful combination.

We offer advice, drafting, advocacy and representation in commercial litigation and civil disputes throughout England and Wales, with particular expertise in High Court commercial and chancery litigation, reputation-management, insolvency, Public Inquiries and regulatory investigations.  As ESG becomes increasingly important to the business community many in the legal sector forecast a growth in disputes between parties in both the environmental and social arenas.

Our overarching focus is on dispute resolution in the first instance. If we can keep our clients out of court by taking a balanced and mature approach to disputes we will do so.
What is certain is that different views on what is good and bad for the environment will muddy the legal waters. Our approach is to take the heat out of disputes where possible, so that our clients can concentrate on their businesses and their efforts to transition to net zero to help reverse climate change.
