Our ESG Activity

Membership of the EBN further increases our learning in this area of debate and will enhance our relationships with suppliers and clients equally.

One area we currently advise our clients on is the sustainability and actions of their workplace pension provider as legislation changes start to impact their default funds. Whilst the providers themselves are changing working practices in line with Net Zero commitments, their funds your
employees invest in will soon be able to invest into capital projects with a positive impact on climate change and the environment.

We have been on the front foot of this conversation ensuring employers and employees understand what their workplace pension provider is doing in this area, if anything!

Our clients want to ensure that if they are changing their working methods to meet the ESG challenge, they are not sending pension contributions or other employee benefit expenditure to providers dragging their heels in this area.

Recognition

For three consecutive years we have been shortlisted for the Small Corporate Adviser for the Year award. We were crowned winners in 2022. The judges have commended us on our commitment as a team to deliver a personal, consistent and reliable service often lacking from the “Large” advisers.

Acknowledgment was also given to our involvement in the Net Zero / Climate Change activity with our clients.
