Forest Green Rovers v Notts County!
The end of April signifies a lot of things like the real emergence of spring and the end of the football season so it was that Roger found himself on a train journey from Kent to Stroud in Gloucestershire, heading to the New Lawn home of Forest Green Rovers FC in the tiny, hill top village of Nailsworth….if Carlsberg did football etc etc
Launch of EBN Kent with Inspired Villages
In 2023 we ran a couple of test events in Kent, home to EBN founder Roger McKerlie, and discovered a healthy appetite amongst the county’s business community for learning more about how to transition their businesses.
Lingfield races with the Ryan Canter Club
In early March we found ourselves at the races and on a lovely day as well. In a first for the EBN we were invited to co host an EBN Live show with some businesses in the sustainability space and the selected venue was the Marriott hotel, on site at Lingfield racecourse in Surrey.
Scorecard conference and report launch
In a bit of a departure from our normal market place the EBN’s Founder Roger McKerlie was invited to represent the private sector at the launch of the UK Climate Emergency organisation’s local authority scorecard launch and conference.
An evening of lively debate and shared insights with Ashden
On February 29 we were kindly invited by our charity partner Ashden to join thought leaders and innovators to confront this critical question; how can we make sure clean energy products, services and technologies improve the lives of people on low incomes?
LaundRe and Salli Deighton
